Recitation Challenge: Two throat letters are close to each other ح and ه (Mutaqāribān letters)

Tajweed Tip:  First Pronounce ح properly from Middle of the throat,  immediately go to deeper throat for ه. In ه Saakinah, give some timing of Ar-Rikhwah to facilitate the letter ه to be pronounced properly with Hams.

Note: In this verse there is another place where Many MEEMs (6 meemat) are appearing consecutively. This is the Beauty of Arabic Language, where one letter is repeated many times continuously and gives a Beautiful meaningful sentence.

مَجْر۪ىٰهَا 41 :Surah  Hood .2

 وَقَالَ ٱرْكَبُوا۟ فِيهَا بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ مَجْر۪ىٰهَا وَمُرْسَىٰهَآ ۚ إِنَّ رَبِّى لَغَفُورٌۭ رَّحِيم

And he said, “Board it! In the Name of Allah it will sail and cast anchor. Surely my Lord is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.”

The word مَجْر۪ىٰهَا  (Meaning: it will sail) occurs once in the Qur’an

Recitation Challenge: This is a special word in the Riwayah of Hafs An A’asim

Tajweed Tip:   Raa has to recited with Imalah (Slanting Sound i.e., between Fatha and Kasra with sifat of tarqeeq (light ). The only place where Imam Hafs recites with Imalah.

Note: In other Riwayah, this word is Recited as مُجْرَاهَ. (MEEM acquires Dammah and Raa with Fatha)

تَأۡمَ۬نَّا-3-Surah Yusuf Ayah: 11

قَالُوا يَـٰۤأَبَانَا مَا لَكَ لَا تَأۡمَ۬نَّا عَلَىٰ يُوسُفَ وَإِنَّا لَهُۥ لَنَـٰصِحُونَ

They said, “O our father! Why do you not trust us with Joseph, although we truly wish him well?

The word تَأۡمَ۬نَّا (Meaning:Trust Us) occurs once in the Qur’an

Recitation Challenge: Application of a special rule

Tajweed Tip: There are 2 ways of reciting this word in the way of Hafs an Aasim. 1) ادغام مع الاشمام : The first noon is merged into the second noon, its dhammah is shown by circling the lips during the ghunnah without making the sound of نُ. 2) اظهار مع الاختلاس : The noon is read with dhammah by giving it 1/3rd of the harakah timing.

Note: Originally this word was تَأْمَنُنَا and because of Idhgaam kabeer it is written as noon with the shaddah as تَأۡمَ۬نَّا.
