Day 13: 30 Days Excellence Challenge
Tajweed Rule of the Day:
Idgham Kamil (إدغام كامل):
When a Noon Sakinah (نْ) or Tanween (ً ٍ ٌ) is followed by the letters Laam (ل) or Raa (ر), merge the Noon completely into the next letter without Ghunnah (nasalization). This is called Idgham Kamil (complete merging). We can find the letter Noon empty and the next letter will carry a shaddah.
Examples for Clarity:
Idgham Kamil Examples:
مِنْ رَبِّهِمْ → "Mirrabbihim" (Noon Sakinah followed by ر).
غَفُورٌ رَحِيمٌ → "Ghafoorurraheem" (Tanween followed by ر).
مِنْ لَدُنْهُ → "Milladunhu" (Noon Sakinah followed by ل).
حَكِيمٌ لَدِيهِ → "Hakeemulladeeh" (Tanween followed by ل).
Today’s Goal:
Recite Juz 13 and mark every Noon Sakinah or Tanween followed by Laam (ل) or Raa (ر). Focus on merging the Noon completely into the next letter without Ghunnah.
