Day 28: 30 Days Excellence Challenge

Today’s Focus:
Reflective Recitation:
As you recite, pause and ponder on the meanings. Let your heart respond to the Quran:

  1. For Ayat of Punishment (e.g., Hellfire, warnings):

    • Seek refuge in Allah: Say "أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ النَّارِ وَالْعَذَابِ" (I seek refuge in Allah from the Fire and punishment).

  2. For Ayat of Mercy/Blessings (e.g., Paradise, forgiveness):

    • Ask Allah for His gifts: Say "اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي مِنْ عِبَادِكَ الصَّالِحِينَ" (O Allah, make me among Your righteous servants).

Examples to Guide You:

  1. Punishment Ayat (Surah Al-Haqqah 69:30-32):

    • "Take him, shackle him…" → Seek refuge and repent.

  2. Mercy Ayat (Surah Az-Zumar 39:53):

    • "Allah forgives all sins" → Ask for forgiveness.

Today’s Goal:
Recite Juz 28 with emotional awareness. Pause at impactful verses, reflect, and respond as taught above.
